tariff & cancellation policy
Prices quoted include all bills such as heating, WiFi etc.
All cottages will be found in an extremely clean and tidy condition. Every effort must be made to leave them as such, or a supplementary cleaning charge will be made.
If you are need to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately by telephone or email.
If the accommodation is re-let, we will refund any moneys paid less 20% from the final balance. If the accommodation is not re-let, the full amount is payable. Deposits are non-refundable.
Property including vehicles, their accessories and contents, are left at the owners risk. The owner of this lodge will not be responsible for damage thereon or thereto from any cause whatsoever except through the negligence of its servants or agents.
GETTING HERE
We are located in Ashdon, which is a Village on the Cambridgeshire border with Suffolk & Essex. We are a 20 minute drive (13 miles) from M11 junction 9, and a 30 minute drive from London Stansted airport.
The city of Cambridge is only 20 mins away by car, and London is also within an hours drive. Alternatively, Audley End railway station is only eight miles away and provides a direct rail link into London.
